In the multiplayer mode of Goldeneye 007 (Nintendo Wii), Experience allows the player to level up once enough points are gained through winning matches, winning accolades, as well as maintaining a kill streak, all of which results in the award of experience points that allows the player to gain a level.

Experience can be obtained through the following:
Winning Kill Streaks
- Eliminating 1 player +5 EXP
- Eliminating 5 players +10 EXP
- Eliminating 10 players +50 EXP
- Eliminating 1 player with a Golden Gun +10 EXP
After a game
- Winning a game +50 EXP
- Becoming #1 on the leader-board +50 EXP
- Destroying the Black Box +50 EXP
- 2:1 kill to death ratio or higher +50 EXP
