The Gambit CP-208 also known as the AWM (Arctic Warfare Magnum) is a British sniper used in the game Goldeneye Wii 007. To most people its the best sniper in the game & also the worst for reloading. Online, it's unlocked at level 55, it can only be attached with a laser pointer , a thermal scope, and a silencer . It can not be avaliable in split screen, but it can be used in single player, in levels such as Memorial & in the Jungle twice.

Level 55

The Gambit CP-208 is a bolt-action sniper rifle featured in GoldenEye 007 and GoldenEye 007: Reloaded. The real weapon it is modelled from varies depending on version; on the Wii it is an Accuracy Internation Arctic Warfare Police, while in Reloaded it is an Arctic Warfare Magnum, albeit one with an incorrect unfluted barrel.

Overview

The Gambit CP-208 is the final sniper rifle unlock in Goldeneye Wii, being unlocked at level 55. It is the most powerful sniper rifle, however it is typically passed over by more experienced players in favor of the faster firing Walther WA2000. The gambit accepts the standard sniper rifle Attachments, (Laser Sight, Silencer, and Thermal Scope.) The Gambit is quick to reload (tied with the Pavlov ASR) however it is by far the slowest firing of the sniper rifles, being the only one that is not semi-automatic. This is offset by its high damage and accuracy statistics.

Singleplayer

The Gambit is a high-powered sniper rifle and is usually found in open areas and fitted with a Silencer, making it an excellent option for dealing with distant enemies. Ammunition is fairly scarce in the levels it appears in and the bolt-action means that each shot must count since follow-up shots are unlikely to stop a guard sounding the alarm or opening fire.

Multiplayer'

The Gambit sees little use in the Online Multiplayer mode, due to its high tier unlock, and its very slow firing rate. It is also unavailable in the Split-Screen mode.
