Grenade Launcher is a weapon that fires special, Grenade-Launcher-only grenades in an arc. Unlike hand grenades, grenade rounds detonate after shorter time when contacting the ground, and can detonate immediately after firing in long distance, but the distance may actually range. With proper skill, it is possible to take advantage of the grenade's ability to bounce, launching them around corners, through windows, and other situations to hit targets in other rooms. This weapon can only be found in Surface 1 inside the hut with the Russian Commandant, in the Streets level after being dropped by a Russian Soldier, in the small indoor area past Zukovsky and next to some body armor near the start of the level, and in Jungle, where it is being held by Onatopp dually with the RC-P90. This odd combination of weapons can be obtained after defeating her.

- Duncan Botwood was skilled with the grenade launcher and designed several multiplayer maps to work well with it:
"My backgrounds tended towards having large rooms with high ceilings, because I was exceptionally good with the grenade launcher at that point."
- The Grenade Launcher appears to be based on a TGL-6 with the stock removed and a muzzle brake fitted. It also bears a strong resemblance to the custom-built grenade launcher used by the character Poncho in the 1987 Arnold Schwarzenegger movie Predator.
