The Remote Mine, is one of three mines found in Goldeneye. The other two being Proximity Mine and Timed Mine. The Remote Mine is actually more favored over the others, as it can be detonated at any time through the use of its secondary function the remote detonator. The Remote Mine is found in a few missions in Goldeneye.
Note: There is a trick to the Remote Mine. If you want to automatically detonate it without having to switch to the detonater, press A and B at the same time. Useful when you have guards shooting at you.
