The Silenced PP7 is simply the PP7 fitted with a suppressor. It is slightly less accurate than its regular counterpart but it isn't as loud (which makes it good for stealth) and it has a bit less recoil. Like the normal PP7, Bond often starts with this weapon in missions.

- The Silenced PP7 doesn't appear in any mission after Bunker 2.
- The Silenced PP7 can be fired faster by holding the fire button and pressing the weapon switch button or pressing Z quickly.
- The Walther PPK (the weapon the PP7 is based on) with its suppressor on is a very common image in James Bond media.
