The Strata SV-400 (TDI Vector) is a high-level submachine gun created in 2009 by the American company Transformational Defense Industries.

The Strata is one of the better SMGs, with high damage and good accuracy even in long bursts. Many attachments may be used which include the ACOG scope, reflex sight, laser pointer, and silencer. Magazine capacity is 30, extended 38. The player can unlock the SV400 in the online multiplayer mode once they reach level 45. Its rate of fire is so high, it empties it's entire magazine in under 3 seconds. It might come in handy to use the Hicap magazine gadget, since the Strata SV400 has such a high rate of fire. It is furthermore recommended to use snap shot if you hipfire a lot, or bio booster if you do not hipfire.
