The Toros AV-400 (the SIG SG 550 Sniper Variant in real life) is the second Sniper Rifle unlocked at level 26. It is a clear improvement over the Pavlov ASR, but it has one disadvantage, it cannot make use of a silencer. A laser helps a lot with close range combat, and makes it a lot easier to no-scope people. The rate of fire on this gun also makes it easier to pick up a kill if you miss on your first shot. Be careful, because this gun only has a 5 bullet mag so make your shots count.

It's rate of fire is really fast for a sniper, not full auto but really-quick semi-auto.
