The Fruitcake Half-Life 2 Mod
Do you remember anything about a really odd "ModDB" Half-Life 2 Mod called "The Fruitcake"? Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find any archives of this mod, but it was so bad, I can actually recall what I saw previously: The mod was supposed to be released in 2018, the "author" of the mod would out right say his "problems": he would say that the mod is based around him being "bullied" in "school" or something, and that "the bully" is actually "The F*****" (The actual title of this mod, and yes it was an uncensored swear word.) He would say that the title of this mod is "The F*****" and yet, he named it "The Fruitcake." The information about this mod was very embarrassing, and perhaps it could've been a troll bait. It would say various things along the lines of "I can't get a date" or something, basically, he would say his "social" "problems" in this mod, how he is being "bullied" and that in this mod he has to "save" the "girl" that he likes or something (which he also talked about.) The screenshots of the mod literally contained terrible renders of "prefabs" and really bad Windows XP Paint drawings.
Eventually, the embarrassing mod had disappeared off the mod section of ModDB. As far as I am able to gather, the archive wasn't saved, but it was just as embarrassing as I have explained. He would just share his "social" "problems" or something like that, and that he couldn't get this "girl" because of a "bully" in "school". Literally. I'm actually surprised that an archive wasn't saved of this embarrassment. Plus, he would say that he can't "hire" the "recording crew" or help with the mod, because as he actually claimed himself he is "socially awkward" or something. Based on this, I may say that the "commenters" of this ModDB page actually scolded "the author" of this embarrassing mod. I mean, I don't know how else to explain this, but it really did happen. This mod had disappeared after a while, actually. It was in at least 2014/2015, then it had disappeared. "The author" of the mod never released it in 2018, and he didn't even release any downloads to it. The "Files"/"Downloads" section at the time was completely "grayed-out", indicating that there aren't any legitimate downloads. This really may have been a troll. What's also odd, as that I don't remember its "developer." I wasn't paying attention to this detail at the time, but he may have disappeared along with his terrible unreleased mod, which didn't seem good enough. Unchecked Notifications and messages.
On YouTube, there "exists" a "channel" which would constantly spam "educational" "videos", in hopes that someone will watch them. Their "videos" get about 20 "views" each time, and as a result of their constant spam, they racked up about 51358026 views. I say they, because the channel is being led by someone who is "male" and someone who is "female." The "female" one doesn't actually sound like "she" comes from "Pakistan", a "country" which this channel lists as its "Location" (...), and the "male" "guy" there appears to barely speak the English language.
This was, however, a speculation on the part of this "channel". I have made my report against it, and won't take it back. Now I wanted to say however, that that on the right is a "screenshot" of one of their "videos" (constant spam trash ("attention" seeking.)) The "talker" in that "video" was that "female" "lady" I was talking about (I suspect that this "channel" may have more "individuals" "working" on "it".) The "subject" of the "video", was on how to disable messages or something in (maybe it's some "app") something called "TikTok" (Could be some sort of "video" "hosting" trash, that I once noticed being heavily "advertised" or something like that.) My point of this message right now is that - just look at the unchecked notifications they got on their "smartphone". I mean, I don't understand - why would you not check them? Hello, I need some advice. I'm a bit hesitant to upload the patched version of Garry's Mod 9 to its official ModDB page, and I really don't know what will happen if I do it. The fix is essentially quick, plus, its a full version in ZIP format, and no need to install anything it. You just need to put the included mod directory into "sourcemods" folder of your Steam directory, and that's about it. When it prompts to install something, it needs to be done however. But when I checked the official unpatched version of this "mod", I noticed that it has over 1000000 downloads. Furthermore, the uploader of this actually appears to be one of ModDB's "staff"/"founders". Will I get scolded for this? I really don't know what to expect once I do it. Can you give me some advice on the matter? Also, I managed to already fix a plethora of some mods. You can visit my "members" page of the similar name. I was tipped off that it was actually 4chan. They have stopped for now. 4chan is a bad "organization" and their threads (actually trolling organizations) like "/v/" or "/b/" or "/pol/" are often and usually something bad. 4chan is quite notorious as well. Gladly they stopped for now, and I had no idea that it was actually the notorious 4chan up to this, up until they sent me that FAKED CIA and FAKED FBI notifications. JUST CHECK HISTORY OF User_Talk:Freeman12393, User:Freeman12393, User_Talk:MarineScienceDude and it's just the tip of the iceberg of what they did. This "4chan" community is absolutely false and incorrect! They often even force opinions on others as well. It is ridden with trolls. I just noticed (actually a while ago since it was added) how this "guy" actually kind of looks like that sort-of-really-not-good "individual" by the name of Joel Veitch, who was in "possession" of a certain (really) terrible channel called "RatherGood" (Absolutely ironical name.) Of course, this channel is of some really really not-so-good comedy. But of course, if you are into that thing, I mean I'm not stopping you though. Can't really tell, however. But please, don't share any images of him here if you have noticed the similarities. I tried to point this out a while ago, I just couldn't remember his name. Often times Joel would try really hard in his "videos" to be "funny", and its quite awful (on his channel) at quite a number of times to be honest. He was also responsible for a sort of popular thing called "Southern Kitties" or something, where the song that was used is actually a different version of "Independent Woman" song, and yeah. It seems the changes to the wikia have not gone unnoticed in the GoldenEye game community, and they do appreciate the cleaner formatting and other genuine improvements that have come with the past few months of editing.
However, there has been concern expressed over the deletion of Mission Walkthroughs and pages about Modding, as well as changes that imply you're shaping what the game's history 'is' to your liking and what you envision it to be instead of what it actually is - stuff like 'All Bonds' which you describe as a hoax but others 'know' to be true based on interviews with Rare employees and the like.
I do hope you'll understand these concerns because a lot of people are worried about information that may be forever lost now, with no chance of recovery even if not on this wikia.

'All Bonds' is not a cheat, and really is a hoax! There is not such code that would give the 4 other Bonds to be available in GoldenEye 007! This code is literally unavailable! Besides, in the second message to him from me asking him to "say sorry" and "to change profile image", he refused, said he was nothing that he is sorry for, and sent me a sarcastic "sorry" message. In the message he mentioned that is going to contact Fandom staff. With that said, after a while of talking, he revealed that he actually didn't even do it yet. So he had basically had lied to me. I don't appreciate liars. And this is the first one to be one the wiki in its long "history". Harassment and lying is a reason to block, so this is what I am just going to do. Was it really him though? Isn't he extremely popular like PewDiePie (I mean not entirely like him though) (by the way PewDiePie gives a spell-check for some reason)? I mean, I could allow him to continue, but I already need at least a sincere sorry. Not the fake one like he (?) did on that I broke my keyboard for some reason. If he can say that he is sorry then I - I don't know - maybe I'll allow him, but then again - he harassed me. And it doesn't even seem this way. It really is like that. Yeah, if he could, or maybe in the next days. I mean, he says I am digging my own grave here, and a bunch of other harassment. I don't think I can. But if it's really him he could probably say a sorry and maybe - I feel really weird now to be honest. The wiki never had a popular YouTuber as the editor before. But he is really mean too.
